Accomodation

San Zeno di Montagna and the surrounding areas are devoted to tourism and there are various hotels and B&Bs.

 

To facilitate the participants of the event on March 15–16, 2025, we have established an agreement with Park Hotel Jolanda, which will be available starting March 13.

Standard double room Simple and welcoming rooms with double bed or twin beds, some with balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower / WC, hairdryer, safe, flat screen satellite TV, telephone.

How to get to San Zeno di Montagna

● From the east (Venice): A4 / E70 motorway towards Verona / Affi / Brescia / Milan, Peschiera del Garda exit. Take the SP9 for San Zeno di Montagna.

● From the west (Milan): A4 / E64 motorway towards Venice / Piacenza, Peschiera del Garda exit. Take the SP9 for San Zeno di Montagna.

● From the north (Bolzano, Trento): A22 / A45 Autostrada del Brennero motorway, Affi / Lago di Garda Sud exit. Take the SP9 to San Zeno di Montagna.

Attention: to reach San Zeno di Montagna do not follow the information on the navigation information system via “Lumini”. The road is narrow and not easy for trucks and vans.

Registration Fees

The fees to be paid are as follows:

  • €25.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER EACH ATHLETE for international and amateur races – Excluding UCI Elite teams.
  • €10.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER EACH ATHLETE for youth races.

Caution Deposit – for all the athletes

  • From 1 to 6 athletes: €35.00 each;
  • Over 6: a flat rate of €250.00;

Examples:

  • 6 atletes = 35 x 6 = 210,00 euro
  • 7 atheltes =  flat rate 250,00 euro

Chip deposit

We kindly request your utmost cooperation for the return of the chips. They must be returned at the end of the race to the race office.

The deposit for the race chips will be refunded in the days following the event (max 15 days), after checking the returned chips, through a bank transfer to the same IBAN from which we received the payment.

Launch length: 3200 m

Elevation gain: 110 m

Lap length: 4000 m

Elevation gain per lap: approximately 150 m

The route for youth categories will be approximately 3 km.

TEAM AREAS

Teams that have submitted a request can position themselves in the following areas:

  • Via Zefirino Agostini
  • Via Stropea
  • Terraced Parking on Via Sperane
  • Old Start Area (very close to the start but cannot exit during the race)

Each team has an assigned space. If an area is set up outside the assigned space, it will be removed.

 

Camper Area

There is no equipped area for campers, but there is a public parking lot where you can position yourself freely on Via Val Masson. Google Maps link: Google Maps

The organizing committee disclaims any responsibility for the abandonment of materials, accidents, and/or damages that may occur to persons and/or property before, during, and after the event. By requesting the allocation of the area, the team assumes all responsibility. Please be advised that, due to space constraints, access to the team area may be limited for team vehicles and the assembly of gazebos/structures. In such cases, notification will be provided prior to the event.

The event was organized using part of the state resources allocated by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers through the DPCM of September 13, 2022.
